Shipping policy

We do our best to ship all orders within 1 -2 business days from date of order. Please note, during busy times, additional fulfillment time may be required. 

Standard deliveries in the US and Canada typically take 3 - 8 business days. We ship from the US. Sometimes it can take up to 11 days, especially during busy times. For express deliveries, you can expect 1-2 days from date of shipment. 

Currently we do not ship outside the US and Canada. Join our email list for changes in international shipments.

Please note that it can take up to 72 hours for tracking to be updated after orders have been shipped. If it's been more than 72 hours, please contact us @ info@stackerys.com. Customer Service will be happy to assist you. 

Once orders are placed, shipping addresses cannot be changed. Please double check your shipping address prior to checking out. 

Like addresses, shipping or billing method cannot be changed once the order has been placed.
