You may be wondering what "Stackerys", a completely made-up word, has to do with the kitchen gear on these pages. 

Stackerys is the name I gave to the innovative bakeware I have been working on for the past two years. and something I have been dreaming of bringing to market for a long time. I am so close to being able to share this bakeware with you. Not just yet. Patents need to be properly filed. 

This space saving bakeware is something I wished for in my tiny, tiny kitchen many years ago, while making birthday treats and struggling with storage (don't all hobbyists struggle with storage?). I was fighting to get my bakeware in and out of the cabinet when I thought, "Grrr, someone should make a (I can't share the details just yet) product." After years, that thought slowly became "I should make a (I can't share the details just yet) product."  That's where this journey truly began. 

After years of looking, I found a manufacturer who would work with me and started product development. I've learned that creating a new product is a lot like building a home, expect delays and to be over budget. This was an expensive endeavor to begin with but I had started and there was no turning back. I was in deep. I needed a way to protect my savings, climb out of the debt I was getting into and save my sanity. 

When I confided in a friend I was worried about what I had started, she reminded me what I was doing was pretty Bad Ass. I replied "Yeah, I'm a BadAss Baker, that should be on my apron." We laughed but then I put it on an apron, then dishtowels, pot holders and oven mitts. 

Baking Because Murder is Wrong, Whisk Taker, Grill Sergeant, Savage Sifter and Voted Best Buns quickly followed. I created a website, started selling at Street Fairs in NYC and learned people love them. To my relief, they are selling well. 

Like everyone else, when I spend my hard earned money I expect quality and Stackerys is just that, from the details on the aprons to the best dish towel you can find. I hope your Stackerys kitchen gear makes you smile every time you use it. And know that your purchase is helping bring some truly innovative bakeware to the market.
